Cross Solutions is seeking US-based SAP SuccessFactors Technical consultant to lead all aspects of assigned projects regarding the implementation of these modules working with the project management team and in collaboration with the client team, interfacing with the client, project team members, and senior management to meet both clients and company expectations. The SAP SuccessFactors Technical consultants are expected to be a team member for large and small-scale projects as an individual contributor.
Role and Responsibilities: Operational
Capable of wearing multiple hats simultaneously (i.e., strategic, and operational)
Gather business/technical requirements, create/maintain requirements workbooks (and related documents), working with Effective People and client teams from concept to go-live.
Ability to identify and deploy processes, systems, execution, documentation, and other improvements.
Ability to collaborate with and solicit (open to) input from senior leadership, peers, directs, external partners, and customers.
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Project Accountability
Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of their assigned project(s) workstream(s).
Direct and control all activities to align with and meet client expectations within your assigned workstream.
