Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) Learning Consultant - Remote

Cross Solutions is currently looking for a Cornerstone On Demand consultant to join our team and provide consulting support for an existing client who is currently in support and maintenance mode but adopting new system functionality.  This is a remote part time contract position with expected utilization of 50-75% through May/June and about 50% through the end of the year.   The CSOD consultant and team will provide the following type of support:
 

Daily Activities:
  • Daily System Monitoring, Support & Maintenance and SLA Management
  • LMS Technical Issue Resolution & Consulting
  • Manage 3rd Party vendors and SLA Management (e.g. content providers, MTM, etc.)
  • Integration Monitoring & Support, e.g. HRDB (Human Resources Database) feed
  • System Administration Support
  • Custom Report Development Support to Admins
  • System permissions / access management
  • Inquiries / request / support
Special Projects:
  • Implementing Certifications
Quarterly activities:
  • Release Management and Consulting
As needed, upon request:
  • Technical Project Management
  • IT Partner/Consultant
  • Custom Code Development
  • Requirements Definition & Documentation
  • Testing/QA
Requirements:
  • 4 or more years of experience supporting the Cornerstone Learning Management System
  • Knowledge of technical data processing procedures, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to support and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience working within a System Development Life Cycle
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to problem-solve creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes initiative to stay current on latest products, system releases, processes, and industry trends
  • Content testing experience
  • Familiarity with AICC and SCORM protocols
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and/or issue ticket tracking tools
